Chris Busch, or better known as Coach Busch, loves shouting encouragement and instruction from the sidelines. Helping others fulfill their dreams is the enjoyment in his journey. (But sometimes he makes you run bleachers.) Chris received his MBA from the University of Tulsa, his bachelors degree from Oral Roberts University in math and physics, and is the President and Founder of LightQuest Media, Inc.  
 
 
Walter Warren is a partner and the Executive Vice President of LightQuest Media, Inc.  His 27-year career in media began at PTL and included stops at Coral Ridge Ministries and BMC Advertising along the way. Walter is just as tenacious in business as he is when competing in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting where he won a silver medal in the World Masters Championship in 2005.

Jamie Gaylor joined LightQuest Media as Media Strategist/Writer. She has had over six years experience in the Christian media industry and has established herself as a fair negotiator with the ability to make business enjoyable for all parties involved. Aside from her eight to five life, Jamie and her husband Richard have a beautiful daughter, Zoe, and Jamie finds pleasure in gardening and literature.
 
Cynthia Johnston is the Director, Contracts & Accounting of LightQuest Media, Inc. She spent ten years at the Bank of Inola as their Assistant Vice-President of Operations followed by ten years in Accounting/Contract Services for a full service media agency. She is a stickler for details and numbers which keeps us all on track, but her passion for life breathes enthusiasm into all she contributes. Cyndi delights in people and seeing lives intertwined.
 
Peggy Kinner serves our clients as Media Director, bringing her rich relationships and 25 years of media experience to the LightQuest team. Her expertise spans a broad palette from international media buyer and AE to department manager and agency owner. A number of worldwide ministries have trusted Peggy’s talent to fulfill their media visions, but she also has helped many smaller ministries multiply their impact. Enthusiasm and dedication fuel Peggy’s light, and her love for people keeps it blazing.
 
Nita Smothers has spent the past 4 years in the Christian media industry. She and her husband Randy have been devoted to ministry together for 33 years and Nita’s professional background is in administrative management. She is thrilled to be on the LightQuest Media team as the Administrative Coordinator and thrives in working in such an uplifting environment.

 
Abi Spencer likes to think of herself as the Marketing Maven for LightQuest Media. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and is indeed a Sooner fan to the death. Since graduation, she has focused her growth in account management and marketing as it applies to the media industry. Abi knows what’s good for her and rarely turns down a good cup of coffee – the stronger the better.

Erin Zahrt is a recent graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University, where she double-majored in Marketing and Management. She was involved in several on-campus organizations, serving as president of her service-based sorority, and co-chair of a student ambassador organization. Before graduation, Erin interned in the media-buying field and now she is excited to have joined the LightQuest Media team as Media Coordinator. Every day is a learning experience and Erin is enjoying throwing herself into serving our clients.
