How We Select Clients

Here is the process we use to determine if we are a good fit for your ministry:

1. You contact us by email, by phone (918) 794-6464, by web contact form, or the good old fashioned way – mano et mano.

2. After an initial phone conversation, we will send you a prospective client profile to complete and return

3. Our team evaluates the information you submit
            a. We may ask for some follow up information

4. We’ll schedule a conference call to review your profile and to answer your questions

5. A team from LightQuest Media will visit your site for a day to meet you and your team and to better understand your vision and calling.

6. You are invited to visit us for a 3-hour meeting at our offices. This meeting will focus on conversation rather than presentation.

7. We visit you with a proposal and an invitation to become a client

8. We ask that you render a yes or no decision by the end of our visit


These are the steps. Either one of us can stop the process at any step. We have found this process to be helpful to both client and agency in determining a good fit for the long term.

To some, this may seem like an overly rigorous or ‘choosy’ process. We can understand that. But the ultimate goal is to build a partnership relationship with our clients. Building a partnership takes time. To get that partnership off the ground, we have to be a good fit for each other. Fit is everything and this process helps everyone determine what kind of fit is really there. By the end of the process, you will have interviewed us just as much as we will have interviewed you. It’s a win for everyone.
